Project: Gunwharf Quays
147 two and three bedroom apartments and commercial areas - constructed beside a new ‘man-made’ watercourse which is located in the ports area of Portsmouth.
EYG provided a fully integrated design - fabrication and installation service for the project.
The project called for both pvcu windows and balcony doors together with aluminium curtain walling to the stairwells and penthouse areas.
Particular attention had to be paid to the demanding acoustic requirements of the site which is adjacent to the main ferry terminals.
