Quebec Way

Quadrant Construction Service Limited, the construction division of London’s largest housing association L&Q (London and Quadrant) initially contracted EYG to supply and install windows, balcony door screens and commercial entrance doors. However, we have since been used on all three stages of this development since 2015.

The £160m housing scheme has involved the building 368 new homes, retail units, a gym and a community centre on disused land in Quebec Way, in the London borough of Southwark.

Work on stage one and two was for Quadrant directly, and the third stage for Errigal Ltd, who were contracted to oversee the final development.
