EYG Commercial was appointed to work on this student accommodation project by Robertson Construction.
Close work was required alongside English Heritage and local architects as the listed building had been empty for many years and had fallen into significant disrepair.
Led by Harrison Developments, the frontage onto Lawrence Street was returned to its original splendor with EYG installing ALUK 58BW windows and ALUK GT55TB doors in a contract worth £81,500.
The facility provided 115 bedrooms in a mix of one, two, three and five-bed en-suite apartments.
