A state-of-art high-spec building that was constructed by a large waste firm was glazed by EYG Commercial.
Wastege, one of the region’s fasting-growing hazardous waste and industrial services companies, constructed their own purpose-built head office at their four-acre site on Gibson Lane, Melton, in east Yorkshire.
The offices were glazed with 17 windows from EYG Commercial’s anthracite grey aluminium window range.
EYG Commercial also installed six sets of internal and external anthracite grey aluminium double doors.
Wastege’s Managing Director Mark Taylor said: “The installation was carried out during lockdown, in very difficult circumstances.
“But the fitters kept going, working to the regulations, and we were really grateful that we got everything fitted, as we were still working during the lockdown. Everything was done on time, and we were really pleased with the work.
“We built the offices here on site, and we chose the anthracite grey windows and doors as it’s a very clean, modern design which suited us.”
The company has been a long-term client of EYG, having used our services at their previous business premises in Hull, as well as at their portfolio of commercial buildings and businesses.
Mr Taylor added: “EYG’s windows and doors are a great product, everything works really well and we’ve had no problems at all. The colour and design really complement our contemporary building.”
EYG Commercial’s Project Manager Rich McNeil said: “It was a pleasure to work on this high-quality building, during challenging times for all businesses.
“We were pleased to be able to fulfil the brief despite the lockdowns, and ensuring the project was completed on time and in budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
“The office is a fantastic environment, with lots of natural light and open working spaces which maximise the light coming through the windows. It really does look fantastic and is another great commercial office project to add to our portfolio.”
