EYG Commercial proving the glazing specialist of choice for new bespoke, luxury East Yorkshire housing developments

EYG Commercial has been selected as the chosen glazing supplier on another high-quality new bespoke residential development.

Having long been the choice of many on developments such as new hotels and student accommodation blocks, EYG has secured an increasing amount of work over the past 18 months from housebuilders looking for glazing partners on bespoke new projects.

The latest contract, for which fitting teams are about to start on site, is with successful East Yorkshire housebuilder Beal Homes, on its new Pilgrims Walk site in Hessle.

The development will offer ‘luxury living’ in 80 new two, three and four-bedroom contemporary homes, including a number of three bedroom bungalows.

EYG has manufactured hundreds of UPVC windows and doors, black composite doors and aluminium bi-folding doors at its headquarters in Wiltshire Road, Hull, ready for installation over the coming months, as teams from EYG are called onto new plots as they are completed.

The contract follows similar work on bespoke residential developments for Church Gate Homes in Swanland, and for Ward Homes Yorkshire in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor.

Church Gate’s ‘The View’ development includes homes with stunning glazing offering views across the River Humber, whilst 27 Ward Homes have built 27 bespoke ‘luxury’ homes as part of ‘The Pastures’ development.

Each project has been a substantial six-figure contract for EYG, and Managing Director Nick Ward says it is rewarding to be chosen on high-quality local developments.

Beal Homes was recently awarded a coveted five star rating by the Home Builders Federation Star Rating Scheme, which recognises excellence in customer satisfaction, based on independent surveys of new home buyers in England and Wales.
