Bespoke windows manufactured and installed by EYG are ensuring property owners on a new luxury home development in East Yorkshire benefit not only from stunning views across the Humber Estuary, but also extra light and comfort.

Our teams were selected supply and install windows, sliding doors and bi-folding doors at properties on the new exclusive development at The View, in Tranby Lane, Swanland, on behalf of luxury home developers Church Gate Homes.

Work has been already been completed on a number of the properties, which range in size between 3,500sq ft and 7,500 sq ft and have market values in excess of £1million pounds.

More home are currently being built on the exclusive plot, with glazing installations to be carried out on a number the bespoke properties as they are built, meeting the exacting specifications of individual buyers, and each standing in plots of land of around half an acre.

Mike Hastie, Business Development Manager at EYG, said: “This really is an exceptionally high-standard housing development which are very proud to have played a part in at EYG, through providing bespoke glazing options.

“The development has been called ‘The View’ by Church Gate Homes as the properties boast a stunning outlook across the Humber.

“This is something we’ve assisted by providing and installing large pitched windows which are facing the estuary, along with first floor windows which offer panoramic views. They really do make the most of the setting and give the homes a really modern look from the outside.

“On the ground floors we have installed large sliding and bi-folding doors, both of which ensure plenty of natural light can flood into these new houses, again giving them a very modern feel.

“Importantly we have used specialist solar glass to ensure that the rooms do not become too hot given the amount of light they are allowing in.”

Windows installed have included AluK (GB) Ltd 58BW aluminium windows which are anthracite grey on the exterior and white on the interiors.

Ground floors have included BSC94 grey aluminium sliding doors and BSF70 aluminium Bi-Folding Doors. One property has also had grey uPVC windows installed.

Church Gate Homes has marketed the development as offering 14 residential plots which are ‘some of the finest to ever come onto the market in the East Riding complete with fabulous river views.’

The developer prides itself on designing and building some of the finest contemporary, traditional and avant-garde homes in the region, allowing buyers to be involved in designing their new home with rooms and facilities as they want.
